Who are Little Picnic Press?
Little Picnic Press is an independent publisher. They are the wonderful duo behind Big Cities Little Foodies: Cheryl Yau Chepusova and Isabel Foo! Inspired by their love for exploring and eating, they started publishing books in the Big Cities Little Foodies series in 2018 to spread their passion for food and culture. They’re hoping to continue publishing more books and to expand their range - so watch that space!
Cheryl is a product designer, mother and children’s book author and had lived in Hong Kong for most of her life. She has a love for big cities - having lived in New York City, Toronto, and San Francisco Bay Area - and enjoys learning about the world through picture books with her kids!
Isabel was born and is living in Toronto, Canada and she spends her days as a graphic designer, helping create art for a huge variety of projects! She once spent a few years living in Hong Kong where she was able to draw and travel (and eat!) - something she described as a dream come true!
